Andrew J. Iatridis has established a reputation as one of the South’s leading contemporary architects and has been involved in real estate development, design and construction, and management for over 15 years. He’s presently Senior Director of Commercial Design at Cline Design Associates in Raleigh, N.C.
Carolyn W. Grant has been a successful member of the North Carolina business community for over thirty years, twenty of which she spent as owner and operator of Plants by Grant, the largest interior landscape company in N.C. She has since focused on project investments in her role as broker and developer for the TAC team.
Terry S. Espy brings overs 20 years of business experience (and a unique sense of style!) to the team. Her background in commercial brokerage, turnkey project management, business consulting, and interior design make her a valued partner. Terry is currently President of MoMentum Group of Raleigh, NC (now relocating to Wilmington, NC!).
